SHIPPING INFORMATION
Thank you for shopping with our store. We’re honored to create faith-based apparel and accessories that are made with purpose and care. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping estimates, and delivery policies.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during holidays, product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and support.
SHIPPING RATES
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75
Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times begin after processing and may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays may occur.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If expedited or priority shipping is selected at checkout, your order will still require the standard processing timeframe before shipment.
Selecting faster shipping speeds does not bypass processing times.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute packages.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Refused delivery
The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
