Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or excessive lint
Returned with original tags/stickers
Please try on apparel before washing, as washed items cannot be accepted.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem.
We offer free U.S. exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.
Exchanges are perfect for:
Sizing issues
Switching colors
Swapping for another design of equal value
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange order will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or clearance items
Limited drops
Gift cards
Customized or made-to-order products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Carrier delays
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Care Instructions
To keep your apparel looking its best:
Wash cold, inside out
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
Do not iron directly over printed designs
Improper washing or drying may damage garments and is not covered under our return policy.
